1897 Egypt Overprints 1m Pale Brown SG 1 as a vertical block of 12 (2x6) showing two strips of the 6 different overprint types. The upper stamp on the left hand strip has been detached and is re-attached. The block shows 3 ½ fine strikes of the '11 IX 97 Halfa' CDS. Very scarce fine used (12).
