1977 Performing Arts being the very scarce "SHOALHAVEN WHITE PAPER" ACSC 761aa as a very fine used block of 4 bearing a light central Sydney GPO CDS. Unpriced as used in the ACSC (Australian Commonwealth Specialists Catalogue but the unmounted mint value is $320 for 4 single stamps. The block exhibits the correct brilliant bluish-white UV reaction and comes with an APTA Warranty Certificate.
